This PR adds a new
esbuildConfigoption for@nrwl/esbuild:esbuildso that users can add plugins properly to their build.Current Behavior
No way to load esbuild plugins.

User can add a
esbuild.config.jsfile and load plugins in the file.Related Issue(s)
